About the Role:

As an Analyst – TSG ServiceNow, you will be part of Bain’s Technology Solutions Group (TSG), responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the firm’s ServiceNow platform. This role requires working closely with internal users and vendors to ensure business needs are met through configuration, automation, and innovation on ServiceNow.

Who You’ll Work With:

You will collaborate with global Bain teams, ServiceNow users, and technical experts to extend Bain’s ServiceNow platform and improve existing modules. You’ll also engage with vendors and stakeholders to deliver automation and efficient digital workflows.

What You’ll Do:

  • Extend Bain’s ServiceNow platform by developing new capabilities and coding required extensions.
  • Recommend and implement ServiceNow-based solutions for business needs.
  • Configure, test, and support ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Automate manual processes and design Service Catalog items.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and knowledge base articles.
  • Perform system administration duties, platform upgrades, and proactive monitoring.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow advancements and apply best practices.
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions with customers and contribute to documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • 2–4 years of IT support experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical, logical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (client-side & server-side).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & ITIL Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
